Tech Lab is the upgraded version of University letting player to do research and create electronics components more efficiently. Unlike university which is built on four squares, it uses one square saving area for the late game. On the other hand, it has a high power upkeep (20 Energy per turn) and requires more resources to be built from scratch in comparison with University.
Tech Lab allows maximum 4 workers to do be operated.
Upgraded version of the Tech Lab is Collective Tech Lab.
